Two markets are converging as AI fundamentally reshapes the SaaS landscape: workflow automation and agentic AI. Together, these markets are projected to exceed $1 trillion by 2030.

Yet many of today's solutions are fundamentally flawed: tools like Zapier, Make, and n8n remain encumbered by technical complexity, leaving non-technical users underserved. Meanwhile, emerging agentic AI platforms struggle with high error rates and poor auditability—critical shortcomings that hinder enterprise adoption in this fast-growing market.

Enter doFlo

Operating at the convergence of workflow automation and agentic AI, DoFlo aims to bridge this gap by enabling everyday users to build complex AI workflows using a simple prompt interface, known as Vibe Flowing.

The doFlo platform allows users to create "micro-agent" architectures that achieve a 90%+ agentic efficacy rate compared to existing solutions. What began with a simple drag-and-drop interface, doFlo’s Vibe Flowing UI makes creating AI workflows as easy as vibe coding.

How It Works

doFlo’s initial drag-and-drop platform enables users to easily build workflows by connecting different service steps in a flowchart-like manner, similar to creating a lucid chart for automation. Once a workflow is set up, doFlo can run it continuously with minimal human intervention, notifying users via common platforms like Slack or email when necessary.

This approach provides a set-it-and-forget-it automation experience where users benefit from increased productivity and consistency without being bogged down by the underlying complexity.

Most recently, doFlo launched its Vibe Flowing feature, which makes creating AI workflows as easy as vibe coding. With Vibe Flowing, users can describe their workflow in plain English, eliminating the need to drag and drop logic blocks or manually integrate different apps. The platform then automatically builds the workflow for you based on this description.

This text-to-workflow functionality significantly speeds up the automation design process, allowing powerful workflows to be created in a matter of minutes just by "vibe coding" — essentially telling doFlo what you want and letting it handle the technical assembly behind the scenes.

Why we are thrilled to support the team at doFlo

1) Innovation at the Intersection of two Large and Rapidly Expanding Markets

doFlo is strategically positioned at the crossroads of workflow automation and agentic AI – two rapidly-expanding markets estimated to exceed $1 trillion by 2030.

Besides having one of the fastest revenue ramps among early-stage startups we’ve seen, we believe doFlo could quickly become a very attractive acquisition target for major enterprise software players. Large automation providers like Microsoft (Power Automate), Google (Vertex), and Amazon are actively looking for seamless, AI-native platforms to simplify automation processes for non-technical users—a niche where doFlo’s user-friendly design and deep integration capabilities shine.

Additionally, companies like ServiceNow and Salesforce are logical suitors because DoFlo directly complements their strengths: ServiceNow with enterprise workflow automation and Salesforce with its vast integration ecosystem, which aligns exceptionally well with doFlo’s 2,700+ integrations.

2) Community Platform Approach

Beyond individual productivity gains, doFlo serves as a platform for sharing and collaborating on automation designs. Users can save workflows, share them within teams, or even sell custom automation solutions on a marketplace. This community aspect likens doFlo to a GitHub for automations, fostering innovation and entrepreneurial opportunities around automated processes.

The doFlo platform aims to make automation design accessible, flexible, and powerful enough to build not just simple task automations but entire programs and services that integrate multiple applications cohesively.

3) Proven Team with Prior Exits and World-class Product Velocity

Most importantly, we love the team. Will’s visionary leadership and product expertise, combined with Thomas’s engineering skills and entrepreneurial background, provide a powerful foundation to realize doFlo’s ambitious goals. Their proven track record in building, innovating, and scaling technology companies makes them well-positioned to lead doFlo’s success in AI workflow automation.

Additionally, the team exhibits one of the fastest product velocities we’ve ever witnessed from an early-stage startup, shipping new products and updates multiple times a week. This sense of urgency and bias for action reflects the kind of founders we love to support at Allied.

In Summary,

We are thrilled to support doFlo because it uniquely combines two quickly growing markets—workflow automation and agentic AI—which are expected to surpass $1 trillion by 2030, fueled by demand for accessible, AI-native automation solutions.

DoFlo’s user-friendly design and extensive integrations make it an attractive acquisition target for major enterprise software companies like Microsoft, Google, ServiceNow, and Salesforce. Additionally, the platform’s community-oriented approach enables users to not only automate workflows but also share, collaborate, and monetize custom solutions, fostering innovation similar to a GitHub for automations.

Above all, the exceptional founding team, with proven entrepreneurial success and rapid product development, gives us the utmost confidence in their ability to execute and grow the business quickly and successfully.
